Justifix: enhance "text-align: justify"

To be honest, I don't feel like writing another explanation, so I'll just refer to the documentation from justifix.js.

For now this only works in gecko-based browsers such as Mozilla!

UPDATE (2002-12-22 23:34 CET: Brett Merkey gave me the solution for Internet Explorer: using the proprietary text-justify: newspaper; will get the desired effect. And much faster (and better) than my script, too. :-)
